Oceanside Municipal Airport

Located on 43-acres in the San Diego County area of California, Oceanside Municipal Airport is a general aviation airport featuring one runway and fuel services.

Arrivals

CAUTION: Parachuting operations over OKB sunrise to sunset daily.

Skydive operations are announced on the CTAF (123.0) and SOCAL 127.3 five minutes, two minutes and one minute prior to jumpers away. Aircraft should not overfly the airport during these operations. Aircraft arriving and departing should use the standard traffic pattern and follow all noise abatement procedures. Parachutes land in the north fields adjacent to the runway and do not affect normal traffic pattern operations.

Aircraft operating on practice approaches in VFR conditions should use extreme caution to not overfly the airport during parachute operations and monitor the CTAF. Parachutes operate north of the runway from the surface to 5,500 AGL. Jump altitude is 13,000 feet MSL.
